Movie Meltdown - Episode 103
Join us as we embark on another epic roadtrip as we head to HorrorHound in Cincinnati. Where we interview Dean Cameron (Summer School's CHAINSAW!) and we also feature a Sofa Theater segment which can only be titled: When Bryan Met Danielle. Quite possibly because it features our special guest co-host Danielle Harris sitting in to discuss a movie that may frighten many listeners more than any movie we've even discussed before. Be afraid, be very afraid.
All that plus we meet up with our own beloved Randy, hang out with some of the crew from NOTLP, and finally put actual faces to the icons of our Twitter and Palavr friends. Plus field trips to Jungle Jim's International Market (imagine if you cross a Whole Foods with a Chuck E. Cheese!) and La Rosa's Pizzeria.
And if that wasn't enough...Remember the Daze, playing SkeeBall, a lady with a mustache, Jonathan Breck and Jeepers Creepers 3, buying a stun guy, In the Mouth of Madness, trying to escape the movie, Coreyoke, a giant block of cheese, Amber Heard, Hayden Christensen is your paperboy, setting up all your plastic army men, ya damned chalkies, Whip It, what to do if Mark Harmon has a thing for you, a barrel pickel, sharping his machetes outside of our hotel room, Steel Panther, a map of beer and wine, Frozen, Cholos, an anti Meg Ryan/Chick Flick rant, being obsessed with The Poseidon Adventure, don’t ever stay at the Cloud Nine, a giant evil can of soup, Hatchet 2, PuppetMaster, Jesus Camp, being the new Spicoli, passive agressive corn, ice cream that makes you fit, leaving your mom on Beale Street, mechanical Elvis Bear?, Danielle stun gunning Bryan, that’s what you get for going skiing, Nigerian Spam Scam Scam, going to Memphis, and last but not least...hookers in the snow. "Have you been to a HorrorHound? It's wall-to-wall people, and a lot of them are moist."

And along the way… REC, Amy Sedaris, Searching for the Wrong Eyed Jesus, not taking Leslie Nielsen seriously, a beat up Chevy truck in Elizabeth Pennsylvania, the Harry Potter movies, Machete, The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia, dreaming of Luke Wilson, Creepshow, an accidental smorgasbord, the ghost of Steve Irwin, the very first nickelodeon, Akira, Baz Luhrmann, a pro wrestler with a master’s degree, cutting the fangs off some vampire teeth, a very “special” movie experience, Timothy Olyphant might need an enima, David Sedaris, The Walking Dead, Paranormal State, Sometimes They Come Back, Dracula, Yo Gabba Gabba, getting your pong read, making Night of the Living Dead, an official ghost hunting vest, angry letters from stingrays, writing Return of the Living Dead, Zac Efron, Jeff Dunham, Harry and the Potters, pot-smokin’ mothers, The Crazies and why does every movie these days have to have either Leonardo Dicaprio or Scarlett Johansen - or both!
