This film takes a look at the interesting characters that feel compelled to play the ukelele. And the new music revolution that begins as they find ways to amplify their music and create - punk rock ukulele!!

Between songs by Uke til you Puke, we sit down and talk to director Sean Anderson about his path into film, meeting some unsual ukuleleist, and getting to work with Holly Hunter (sort of).

Just playing the ukulele for a lot of people was an act of strange kind of defiance!
